With the rapid rise of the real estate industry, Bishuitianyuan, Tianyiju, Mingshangju, Meihaojiayuan Caifugongguan and other real estate projects have been completed. The new construction in rural areas which is moving ahead in the city is designated as the pilot city's farmers apartment building. The farmers have lived in the farmers’ apartments such as Changtang, Foxin, Bobei, Jiaoyiwei and so on,with a total of 53 building which has 1618 sets .Qiufulu Farmers’ Apartment is going to be capped with a total of 14 buildings which has 404 sets. Xiangtou ,Xiangwei Caibian and other village are preparing to build the apartments.
        

         There are 85 hotels in the town, with a five-star hotel , 3 four-star hotel , including 4500 rooms and  5,600 beds; there are 15 comprehensive shopping malls, with a business area of 76,000 square meters. In 2007, the town government had given a financial appropriation of  more than 15 million for the urban construction including Changsheng Area and Yinlang Area. With Changsheng Square as the leading role, Changsheng Area is set to become commercial and financial, hotel restaurants, creative display, sports, culture, recreation and noble living area , which is formed in one of the leading fashion cities in consumption of integrated functions , the town Commerce Cultural Centre and the high-grade reception of the town.

           Electricity and water facilities are well served. There are 3 transformer substations with 110-kilovolt an 1 transformer substation with 220-kilovolt; The waterworks supply above 90 million tons of water; The government is stepping up the construction of Shuiping(Xiangshan) power transmission projects with 220-kilovolt , a modern water supply factory with 300,000 tons of water a day, Songshanhu sewage treatment plant south of the main works and the sewage Interception backbone network , the facilities of flood controlling drainage infrastructure for disaster reduction, the public transport system covering the town . The government has invested 32 million yuan in upgrading Songfo Road, smoothly striven for the investment from the city government to build the Songshan Hu Road in Dalang. It sets the initial development pattern with mutual exchanges of land space between Dalang and Songshan Hu, public centres attracting each other, undertaking functional cooperation industry, and the direct route of transportation. China • Dalang Maozhi Trade Center is the largest and most advanced facilities of the exhibition hall in Maozhi domestic industry.  In the annual "Woolen Goods Trade Fair", there is a sea of people. Dalang Bus Passenger Station built according to the provincial level standard sends more than 10,000 passenger trips a day. Dalang international logistics center with day-care capacity over 1,000 tons, can be directly transported to more than 1,000 domestic cities and more than 30 countries, which is becoming a set of freight and warehousing services in the integrated logistics system.
